Happy late Father's Day folks, I've been meaning to update this post since last week but with getting sick on Thursday with a bad cold that I'm still have some remnants of manifesting here and there. I'm currently taking several meds I brought before thinking of seeing my doctor since I hate going to the doctor even now as an adult, lol. I'm also currently a bit addicted to the h-game "Princess Waltz" that I heard good things about for its storyline and its simple card style battle system. The storyline is linear so no matter which princess you chose you would get the same ending just with different scenes and dialogue depending on a few choices you make near the end. The fights all throughout the story are detailed drawn and well sequence with the dialogue bring it all home. The comedy is also way up there as many of the characters just make me laugh when they interact with each other. I just wish there was an anime version now to see everything in motion. Plus I wish there was more merchandise for this game as I’ve only found a few music/drama CDs, an art book, and 2 figures for 2 of the characters which is a shame as all the characters costumes are nice…. Well back to the topic of Type-Moon, here all the updates I have for this month:

- For Tsukihime, nothing yet has been posted for chapter 65 or Japanese versions of chapters 60 to 62. The latest issue of Dengeki Daioh has a cover featuring Shiki and Arcuied in color in a nice pose with an image of one of the new Arc figures being made and what appears to be either a poster or a phone card being sold with the magazine of the cover.

- For FSN, chapter 42 raw is now available to download. I finally finish the character section giving each person the best synopsis I could with only 17 character currently translated from the scanlation to the official releases by Tokyo Pop. It does contain some spoilers as to what noble phantasm each servant has currently shown to the current master they follow. But I also leave out some of the mysteries that weren't totally explain in the anime to get you to read the manga whenever the missing chapters are publish including the extra character whom hasn't made his appearance yet.

As for the release of the PSP game, a week long special food event food to celebrate its release had happen at Cure Maid Cafe featuring special menu recipes based on the characters and limited edition gifts that could only be brought/given at the cafe for ordering specific items. Also the 1/8 Alter version of Saber Lily is now available for pre-orders after the prototype was announce at MegaHobby Expo Winter 2009 in February. The 1/7 version has been delay from its June release to a August release date.

- For Melty Blood, chapter 25 and Specials 1 and 2 have been scanlated by Xephfyre and are available to download. Nothing yet on the raw scans for volume 6 since I've been too lazy to get to it. Heck I haven't even tried to rebind my volume 5 copy yet to see if the technique I read on how to fix it would actually work.

Speaking of MB, Evospace has posted a blog post of a preview review of what new features will be included in the PS2 port as well as the extra stuff you would receive depending on what store you pre-order the game. For example, the telephone card of Riesbyfe Stridberg that was featured in my May 23, 09 post, was only available for pre-order through the official website store which has now been closed :( .

- For Canaan, the official site has finally been updated and the TV debut of the 1st episode is set for July 4, 2009. For now it appears the series will be 13 episodes long. A cast meeting was made a few days ago with the press; screen shots of the characters with the actors at the press meeting along with a shot of Faylan performing are available below.

Also the 1st chapter to the Canaan manga being serialize in Comp Ace is on sell this week. The Comp Ace cover features Canaan and Oosawa Maria.

Its been announce the next issue of Type-Moon ace has been set for August 21, 2009 with a cover featuring Aoko Aozoki from "Mahou Tsukai no Yoru" as the cover girl. It appears a Melty Blood drama/music CD will be included. I'll have more info of what else might be included when I have a translation of it ready.

For site updates, I just fix a few links I notice were link to the same files and I just added a few songs to the music player including the opening theme song to Canaan, Arousing Soul. Its a very good song to listen to, top 5 in my book for current JP songs out there. You can download the album from animeBSD’s website that has the album in FLAC and OGG format. It only has the OP and the acoustic version along with the scans but no lyrics. Note: This album was only sold at Comiket 75 along with the promo DVD for Canaan. For now, it is unknown if it will sold by itself, a LE set with the 1st volume, or just re-release with the Original Soundtrack. More updates in my next post til then goodnight.... finally a short post lol !

Hi all, finally have the time to finish this post as I've been given extra work hours + work at my job for various reasons so I'm dead tried once I'm home and don't really want to think of working. Heck I even had to work today for 4 and half hours to lessen the work load for Tuesday since Monday is a holiday lol. Anyways I've updated the News Archive section in a frame format to spread out the updates per year as the page was just getting to clutter and if you wanted to find an old news update or link it would felt like looking for a needle in a haystack. Now on to the Type-Moon updates where there is more site updates in the individual sections for each series and some downloads you will enjoy :D :

- For Tsukihime, chapters 60 to 62 have been found and was posted in the image board for Type-Moon by eloy2125. The only problem is that they are in Chinese so you can't have it all :( . I repackage the chapters and bundle them with chapter 63 in one file and can be access in the Specials tabs under Tsukihime. Shiki with one arm and having headaches can still pawn most of us lol.
- For Melty Blood, chapters 23 and 24 have been translated and scanlated and ready to be downloaded. Special THXs to Xephfyre and Shance for taking the time to work on these two chapters and hoping you guys work on the rest. As for me, I haven't yet started working on volume 6 as I have my room in a small mess with my scanner put away til I can clean it up. Plus I've been work on the character page of FSN with clipping out the images of each person and writing up their summaries along the way; its a pain trying to come up with summaries that don't spoil completely who each character is and not sound the same as other posts.

It was also announce on the same day I did my last post that the release date for the PS2 version of MB: Actress Again is set for a August 20, 2009 release and is already available for pre-orders at various stores. It will be release in 2 versions, a regular edition and a limited edition. The limited edition will come with a original package design done by Takashi Takeuchi and a 2-disc soundtrack. Evospace also partIy translated some of the extras features that will appear in the game from this site.

There is word that besides Ryougi Shiki appearing in the game another character will be making their appearance though for now it is a secret. I also found on the site that a "phone card" (??) will be given though I'm not sure if it will come with the LE or at select stores/internet sites. - For FSN, volume 9 is now available in RAW format in the FSN volume section. And like I mention, I'm also working on the character section with about 60% to 70% of it completed as I'm mainly working on the servant's summaries and trying to get the correct names of their Noble Phantasms and weapons.

An updated Japanese version of the US trailer is up on the Japanese PSP site with new images of Rider in her street clothing and of Caster with her hood off. At the same time a preview video was made available, for the 3rd Drama CD for Fate/Zero, on the official drama CD website featuring all the characters who appear throughout the series.
